Airport Badging. The ANC Badge Office is located at the north end of the North Terminal lobby on the first floor, Room NA 165. In response to the global coronavirus pandemic, most services are by appointment only. Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Closed State and most Federal Holidays) After hours, report all lost or stolen badges. If you lose your badge, report the loss immediately by calling the Badging Office/Airport Operations at (701) 795-6984. Replacement of Lost Badges. Submit a properly completed and signed Lost Badge Form available at the badging office. Pay a lost badge fee of $75 (1st time), $100 (2nd time), $500 (3rd time). Please notify badging office if an individual listed is no longer employed or does not require a badge so the name can be removed. * Ensure the date employee reports to the badging office to receive badge is less than 30 calendar days from the Approval Date below. Ensure employee brings the same 2 forms of identification provided during initial. Step 1: Application. All badge applications must be submitted via the company Authorized Signatory. The Airport Badging Office will not coordinate badging with sub-contractors or vendors directly. Sub-Contractors or Vendors working at the Airport need to contact the project main contractor or Airport tenant/sponsor that is requesting services.
